The property is situated on a hill, from where you can enjoy complete privacy and spectacular panoramic views. The house is built on two levels in a modern and functional style. With large bright rooms and outdoor views from anywhere in the house.
The lower floor is divided into a spacious setting. Here you will find the living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, 1 double room without bath, toilet and laundry.
Upstairs, the master suite with stunning views from the large windows, a spacious full bathroom with tub and shower. The suite also features a large dressing room.
Outside the house are spacious terraces and the infinity pool with a size of 4x20 m. Garden furniture and hammocks are available. Here you can rest and enjoy the privacy of an absolutely beautiful Majorcan nights with a wonderful, cooked dinner on the grill fire.
The property is located on a 18,000 sqm plot with an area of 460 m². Throughout the ground floor and exterior there is disabled access. It is located in a privileged area in the south of the island of Majorca, with a beautiful view over the whole valley. The property is fully fenced and protects you from the eyes of onlookers, and even your pets are safe.
The village of Felanitx is 1 km from the property and there you can get everything your heart desires. The property is located 45 km from the airport and 400 meters from the sports center. In the sports complex you can use and enjoy the modern facilities such as tennis courts, paddle tennis, bocce, basketball and the Olympic swimming pool, sauna, etc..
In the village you can rent all kinds of bikes and go for long walks.

Mallorca Oasis with Stunning Views
The home is an architectural gem on a secluded low rock mountain with 20 mile views of the planes below and the ocean in the distance. After a day with the crowds at the beach it was a please to retire to this quiet oasis and enjoy the infinity pool and amazing sunsets. We have rented VRBO homes all over the world and my entire family agrees that this was our favorite.

We were lucky enough to stay in this absolutely stunning house in the mountains near Felanitx. It’s a standalone, secluded home with a beautiful view over the surrounding landscape, perfect for peace and relaxation.The pool is a real highlight, 18 meters long, crystal clear, simply beautiful. We’ve never seen such a perfect pool, swimming in it was an absolute pleasure.A big thank you to José, he was fantastic, very helpful, kind, always there when we needed support. He also gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do in the area.We can fully recommend this house. I’ve stayed in many beautiful places, especially in Mallorca, but this one was truly something special.

Excellent house for bigger groups
It is a beautiful house with large swimming pool. Very modern, clean and well maintained. We stayed there with 8 adults and we enjoyed lots of privacy. The owner was very responsive and friendly. A real joy ! We had a great stay!

Traumhafte schöne Villa mit atemberaubenden Blick
Wer Ruhe und Luxus für sich im Urlaub beanspruchen möchte ist hier genau richtig! Der Eigentümer José hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war immer für uns da, wenn wir was gebraucht haben. An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns nochmal für seine Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Der Pool ist riesig, im November leider zu kalt, aber es ist ja auch November. Die Küche ist groß und läd zum Kochen und schnacken ein. Das schöne Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und der Kamin machte es uns allen sehr warm ums Herz.Die großzügige Terrasse hat genug Liegen und einen schönen Sitzbereich.
Es war einfach traumhaft von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde. Dankeschön für Alles!

Extraordinary!
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house near Felanitx. The arcitecture is extraordinary, modern and warm. We had a very nice welcome with the owners daughter who showed us around for about 1h. There is a beautiful garden and an amazing pool of 20x4m. 3-5 min away you can find a sports center for Tennis and Padel, which we used. That was a lot of fun!
Also we got in touch with the super nice owner Jose, who came around for help after a big storm.
We will definetly come again! Wonderful! :)
