The Finca S'Aguait is nestled in a pine forest, very close to the Majorcan port of Portocolom, on a 16,000 mĀ² plot of land. Across 2 floors, the finca offers an elegant living/dining room, a very well-equipped, rustic country kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 of them with 2 single beds each), one fitness room, 4 bathrooms as well as a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a fireplace, satellite TV, ping-pong, 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs. The outside area of the rural holiday home is an ultimate dream! Here you will find several terraces, a balcony, a loggia and a huge pool area which is illuminated at night. Refresh yourself in the pool, or enjoy delicious meals at the large table in the adjoining, semi-open pool house. The garden, which is lined by Mediterranean plants and has a healthy lawn to lie on, also creates a unique holiday atmosphere. Portocolom, with its shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, is only 4.5 km away (a 6-minute drive) and the white, sandy beach of Cala Murada is 7.2 km (a 11-minute drive) from the finca.
