This lovingly restored 1950s house offers comfort and coziness and is set in a large garden with flowers, fruit trees, herb and vegetable beds, and a spacious swimming pool.

On the first floor, you’ll find a very well-equipped kitchen (amateur chefs welcome!), a cozy living room with access to a sunroom and a covered wooden deck, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and the pool.
Both the sunroom and the deck can accommodate up to 8 people for dining together.
A fireplace provides cozy warmth during the transitional seasons.
Also on the first floor are a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms.
On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed, a children’s room with two single beds, and a living-bedroom with a double bed.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Vulkanland und haben uns in diesem liebevoll gepflegten Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns der große Garten, die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre des Hauses. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut in der Unterkunft steckt.Auch unser Hund hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen Die Umgebung eignet sich perfekt für Spaziergänge, Ausflüge und entspannte Tage in der Natur. Trotz des wechselhaften Wetters konnten wir viele schöne Unternehmungen machen und die Region rund um genießen.Herr Fink war jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich, und – man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Die überdachte Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten ist sogar bei Regenwetter schön zu nutzen, um abends draussen zu sitzen.Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Ausflüge ins Vulkanland.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr nett. Rundum sehr empfehlenswert.

Hübsches Wohlfühlhaus für Kurzurlaub gefunden

Wir waren vom ersten Moment in dem hübschen Haus im Urlaub angekommen. Wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Lieblingsplätzen drinnen und draußen. Es gibt nette Rückzugsorte, sowie Platz für wertvolle Gemeinschaftserlebnisse. Unzähliges Praktisches für Managen der Urlaubstage, sowie Schmuckes, um es schön zu haben. Lage in einladender steirischer Hügellandschaft mit etlichen Ausflugszielen. Wären gut und gerne länger geblieben.

Das modernisierte Siedlerhaus ist super gemütlich und wir hatten einen tollen Rutsch ins neue Jahr dort mit unseren Freunden. Zum Glück gab es im Weinkeller tolle Getränke zu sehr fairen Preisen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten war es Tip top. Die Liegestühle am Pool gehören erneuert und ein passender Sonnenschirm bzw. eine Beschattung am Pool fehlt.

Wir wurden mit einem selbst gebackenem Kuchen empfangen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, alles verlief unkompliziert. Auch der Garten wurde uns zum Eigenbedarf überlassen (Äpfel, Tomaten, kräüter etc.) Das Wetter hat es sehr gut mit uns gemeint sodas der Pool zum vollen Einsatz kam. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Vurkrn lieben Dank.

Sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus mit grossem Garten und sauberem Pool. Diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten aussen und auch überdacht bzw. im Wintergarten so dass für alle Wetterarten vorgesorgt war. Kommunikation mit Vermieter unproblematisch und präzise. Küche gut eingerichtet. Das Objekt ist also Klasse ! Landstrasse und Bahnlinie führen direkt vorbei. Züge fahren sehr selten, Autoverkehr teils recht früh bis spät nachts aber verkraftbar. Alles in Allem ein Objekt zum Wiederkommen . Danke an die Vermieter

Urlaubsbewertung

Wir haben das Haus mit Pool und ruhiger Umgebung sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was zu einem entspannten Urlaub beitragen kann. Wetter war sehr gut und wir haben den Pool gut nutzen können. Die Umgebung hat viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zur Auswahl. Den Abend kann man am Kamin und Grill sehr schön ausklingen lassen. Der Keller mit vielen regionalen Weinen ,Bier und alkoholfreien Getränken hat uns gut gefallen. Vielen Dank nochmals an die Familie Fink. Eberhard, Kerstin,Steffen und Katrin

Super Urlaub mit unseren Erwachsenen Kindern und Enkelkinder

Das Haus hat alles was man sich nur wünscht und wir hatten dort wunderbare 7 Tage verbracht. Der Kundenservice ist besser als von einem 4 Stern Hotel und wir würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen!
