Adjacent to it, the large, open kitchen is equipped with a cooking island and 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing home-cooked meals. The ground floor also includes a bath, shower, and WC, as well as direct access to both the terrace and the patio. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, features a walk-through room with ceiling heights between 180 and 190 cm.
