Charming Fenit Residence on the Wild Atlantic Way
Beautifully refurbished 1920s Edwardian house standing in its own private secluded grounds. Retaining many original features, it contains all modern conveniences and comforts. Located in Fenit village, just a 2 minute stroll to the local beach, sailing club, pier, playground, pub, restaurant and a further 2 minutes to McCarthy's food store and chipper. Fenit, on the Wild Atlantic Way near Kerry airport is ideally located to explore Kerry while enjoying easily accessible outdoor activities.
Strand House has an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Downstairs there is also a separate sitting room, a study/playroom along with a utility room containing washing machine and tumble dryer, and a bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Upstairs there are four large bedrooms one of which has an en-suite. There is also a main bathroom with shower and a seated area to relax in.
Outside there is ample parking and plenty of green space to enjoy.
