Sliders open to expansive, two-level screened porches, perfect for morning coffee, reading, or enjoying spectacular sunsets over the water. Enjoy the cool breeze off of Lake Michigan as you enjoy an afternoon snack or an evening beverage.

Outside, the sprawling lawn and fire pit area invite evening s'mores, lawn games, or quiet stargazing. Steps from the home, the warm sand and cool waters of Lake Michigan are ready for beach days filled with swimming, walking along the shoreline, or simply soaking up the sun. Indoor and outdoor dining areas make meals easy and enjoyable, from casual breakfasts to alfresco dinners with the lake as a backdrop.

The beach offers plenty of space for swimming, wading, or building sandcastles, while the rhythmic sound of waves provides a calming soundtrack throughout the day. Please Note
- This is a historic home. The original wood floors show many years of love, including paint splatters - just the way we like it! Floors are uneven and there is no AC. However, the views and sounds of Lake Michigan just out your door cannot be beat! There are multiple ceiling fans throughout the home and the most amazing breeze off the lake. We recommend opening the sliders and windows to the screen porch to let the breeze in on warm days.
- This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Though the water is safe to drink, those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking.
- This property is perched on the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. The breeze off the lake brings with it remnants of lake water and sugar sand beach. Due to this, the floors get sandy quickly (within a couple of hours of vacuuming).
- This home is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where wildlife and insects are part of the charm. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside, especially if doors are left open. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
