Are arrival to Hamares was great. Everyone was very open and friendly. The property was beautiful and well cared for, and our room was beyond expectations. It was my wife’s birthday and our anniversary, they prepared a cake for her with flowers on the bed. We felt very special!

This hotel takes only a few guests so is nice and quite. A good location close to town. When we stayed it was only 2 years old so everything still new. Amazing views from the pool but what made the real difference were the staff. Always friendly and helpful. Especially Pedro. He made my stay the best

A estrutura é maravilhosa, esteticamente o hotel é lindo, bem decorado e com uma vista surreal. MAS o atendimento pecou em alguns momentos considerando se tratar de um hotel boutique, teve um dos dias que demoramos 1:20h para conseguir comer no café da manhã, só fomos atendidos pq abordamos o garçom na copa, nesse dia inclusive perdemos um passeio agendado pois não quisemos ir sem comer. Além disso houveram outras falhas de serviço, como atraso pra ligar aquecedor da piscina interna do quarto, tivemos que ligar 2x, entre outros que fica difícil especificar aqui. A estrutura piscina e vista, incríveis, mas o atendimento de boutique que é pra ser exclusivo e intimista, não foi assim.. ta certo que tinha um grupo grande hospedado que gerava agitação, mas o hotel quando é boutique e 5 estrelas tem que saber conduzir para que isso não estrague a experiência dos outros hospedes.

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa na pousada! O atendimento foi impecável, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem decorados, e o café da manhã é simplesmente delicioso. A cordialidade dos atendentes foi o que mais impressionou. SIMPLESMENTE IMPECÁVEL

Não poderíamos ter ficado em um lugar melhor em Fernando de Noronha. Escolhemos a Hamares para passarmos dois dias com muito conforto após uma semana agitada de passeios pela ilha. Nós iríamos nos casar no sábado, no Mirante do Morro Dois Irmãos, mas a chuva fez essa possibilidade ir por água abaixo (literalmente). O que a equipe da pousada fez para nos proporcionar a celebração do nosso casamento foi muito além do que podíamos esperar. Gostaria de agradecer imensamente à equipe da Hamares, na pessoa da Claudia, sua gerente, por terem tudo que estava no alcance deles (e muito além) para esse momento meu e da minha esposa ser ainda mais inesquecível. Podíamos ver no olhar, na abordagem e na comunicação do time do hotel que eles estavam igualmente felizes por estarem nos atendendo e “fazendo acontecer conosco”. Se me perguntarem o que eu acho que é o conceito de hospitalidade, eu responderia que é o que a Hamares nos proporcionou. Ficarão pra sempre na nossa história e, COM CERTEZA, voltaremos para la em breve.

Conforto e luxo na medida de Noronha.

Pousada excelente sobretudo serviço e instalações. Piscina, spa e recepção de alto nível. Poderia ser ainda melhor o café da manhã que está longe de ser ruim, mas uma cozinha mais sofisticada lançaria a hamares entre as melhores pousadas do Brasil. Serviço, profissionalismo e cordialidade dos seus funcionários (Felipe, Pedro, Thales, Vinícius e, sobretudo, Surreal) enobrecem a Hamares. Certamente retornaremos em novembro com toda família…

O hotel poderia ser melhor

O hotel tinha tudo para ser nota 10. Mas pecam com o serviço. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos mas precisam de treinamento. Os pedidos do Café da manhã demoram muito, quando não vem errado. Além disso o buffet enche de mosca. Eles já sabendo disso muitas vezes demoram para por a cobertura de tela. Um certo dia estava tudo descoberto. Não tinha condições... Depois, por falta de comunicação não limparam a piscininha do nosso quarto. Tive de reclamar. Prontamente limparam, mas ai já é tarde...perdemos o dia de uso pois demora 24hrs para ter condição de uso. A área do spa precisa de manutenção. A hidro extremamente barulhenta. Tem uma tampa provisória que não abafa o barulho da bomba. Alias fui usar as saunas e estavam desligadas. A área do solarium com estofados rasgados. Para um hotel desse porte e deste preço é inaceitável. A piscina e a vista são um espetáculo. Embora eu tenha encontrado a piscina suja pela manhã. O quarto é excelente, bem espaçoso e confortável. A vista deve ser a melhor de Noronha. Por isso digo, um pouco de atenção e era para ser o melhor hotel de Noronha.
