Amazing Hotel & Even More Amazing Staff!

My partner and I spent 4 nights here and it was amazing. The room was clean and the breakfast and afternoon tea was delicious. The staff was super nice but one staff member Gabriel went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us with whatever we needed. One late night we could not find a good place to eat and we texted Gabriel and she came to our rescue and suggested a nice pizza place that did late night delivery. This hotel is extremely lucky to have someone like Gabriel as a staff member. Thank you Gabriel and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Si and Dirceu

Great stay!

It was a great experience from the moment I checked in. Very accommodating staff and concierge. Everything was accounted for and very easy as a guest. The free breakfast and tea time was a bonus. The property is beautiful, well-maintained and quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking to unplug on a beautiful island for a few days!

Eu e minha esposa fomos de lua de mel e adoramos o lugar, fica uns 10 a 15 min andando da vila dos remedios. La é bem silencioso, limpo e organizado. Adoramos o cafe da manha e o cafe da tarde. Um agradecimento especial ao recepcionista Gabriel e a housekeeping Arlete. Cuidaram muito bem da gente e da imagem (customer service) da pousada. Sempre preocupados em saber se estávamos satisfeitos. Eles nos ajudaram muito, com dicas e passeios. Fizeram nossa estadia ficar bem melhor e os consideramos nossos amigos agora. A internet na ilha é muito ruim e não tem banco itau no centrinho, so um ATM no aeroporto. Gostaria de ter tido essa informação antes, pois acabei ficando sem dinheiro e em alguns lugares cartão não passava e eu nao conseguia acessar meu app do itau pra pagar usando pix. Mas de resto foi uma maravilha. Recomendo muito a pousada.

Loved the pool. The place is just very restricted as far as service. After 9pm you’re pretty much on your own if you get hungry or thirsty.
