The room was ok, they entered the room to left some heater without asking or offering. The lobby and the hallways smell really bad when you enter the hotel or leaving your rooms. The shower was weird but kinda functional.

The apartment is somewhat spacious in comparison to others in France however the curtains and carpet had stains on them and the duvet look like it had a big stain as well along with some hair other than that place is not bad. Cheap and convenient.

It was exactly what we needed , a stop over after a late flight . The place is lovely and all staff were very helpful . Especially Dylan who was on duty the night we arrived . He was very kind , helpful and professional. Thank you Dylan Sadly didn’t get to use any facilities, as we had to leave in the morning, otherwise , all very good

Very old and outdated property, poorly maintained. Cobwebs throughout and windows were extremely dirty. The shower was only partially working. Realistically, this is more of a 3-star property so definitely not a true 4-star. That said, it was value for money, so you get what you pay for. However, guests should rate based on genuine standards, not inflated scores that mislead others.

Comfortable accommodation for a family of four. Great base for exploring Geneva and around (by car), and much cheaper than staying in Switzerland (free flowing movement across border). Supermarkets nearby helpful for self catering.

Really great location to and from the airport. In walking distance to the shops/restaurants and buses. The room was exactly as described and was very clean and modern. Everyone was very helpful and we didn’t have any issues staying here. We would definitely come back and would recommend this hote.

I stayed in Zenitude for 12 days, with my family (myself, my wife and two children). I do not recommend the hotel for the travelers in a similar situation and I believe expedia should delist this property at least for longer stays. Good: the location is not quite perfect, but this is balanced by a reasonable price. Swimming pool is a very good entertainment for children. Breakfast is very good and inexpensive. Bad: service. 1. For all time we stayed there was absolutely no room cleaning; they promised to do this once a week, however, when I complained, the staff each time responded then 7 days have not yet passed; 2. Therefore, I had to request the toilet paper twice at the reception; in one of these two cases the response was that they do not have toilet paper; 3. When I asked, which pharmacy nearby is open on Sunday, after a long research I got an advice to go to the (closed) pharmacy nearby and the information about the 24/7 working pharmacy may be found on the door there; 4. At the check out I waited for 15 minutes the receipt for city tax I payed while checked in. After all I did not receive this. They promised to send the said receipt to me by e-mail. I would be surprised if they do this, but they did not.

This must be one of the best kept cheap Geneva accommodation secrets. 64 euros for a smashing clean spacious mini apartment. 10 mins drive from Geneva airport and 15 mins bus ride from central Geneva.

When we first entered the hotel room there was very strong smell of food. Luckily we had perfume to fix that. I suggest you bring perfume. Some room lights did not work. Other than that everything was good.

1) our room was assigned to us because we arrived several hours before check in. Though the property was alerted to our earlier flight arrival and indicated a room would be available at extra charge (which we agreed to). We still waited 3 hours for the room. 2) I emailed them with questions about a week before arrival; of course they never responded. 3) The room contained broken fixtures in the bathroom; the toilet paper holder would detach from the wall and hit the floor. 4) We informed the front desk of a broken tile in front of the "refrigerator," of course we were told they knew... nothing was done in our 2 week stay to address it. 5) The very old "refrigerator" was small and would not get cool. We started putting water bottles in the freezer just to get cold water. 6) The bathroom was was very large but contained a shower that was less than a meter square. Making it difficult to move around No shelves in the shower for placement of personal care products or a area to place my glasses. But worse of all the lighting was so weak that we kept the door of the bathroom open and bedroom lights on high just to provide a level of lighting. 7) The general rudeness and lack of consideration from the management. The shape of the building acts as a sound amplifier... meaning that any sound in the front of the building registers in the room. So you allow people to play loud music and sing until midnight on the weekends. We stayed because we prepaid. Never again!
