Odalar temiz değildi. Kahvaltı çok kötüydü çalışanlar sanki zorla çalışıyor gibiydi neredeyse hepsi yabancı uyrukluydu odaya ilk geldiğimizde yerlerde kıllar vardı tekrar temizlenmesi için söyledik. Otelin kendini geliştirmesi gereken çok şey var. İlgi 0

La struttura ha un grande potenziale ma purtroppo chi ci lavora si impegna davvero poco, almeno io parlo per chi ha avuto con me a che fare. Cliente trattato con superficialità e senza troppa cura. Arriviamo alle 17 e ci dicono che la stanza non era ancora pronta e che avremmo dovuto aspettare. Chiedo dopo 2 giorni se possono pulirmi la stanza o almeno pulire i pavimenti e cambiare gli asciugamani, mi dicono di sì rientriamo nel tardo pomeriggio, entriamo in camera ed era come l’avevamo lasciata la mattina; chiedo spiegazioni e sorridendo mi viene detto che si erano dimenticati. L’indomani poi l’hanno fatto. Piscina molto bella e pulita. Posizione bella e tranquilla. Colazione turca, poco varia.
