The 60m² apartment consists of a living area with a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a safe.
A furnished balcony is also part of the apartment and offers you a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The garden belonging to the house can be shared by all guests.
In addition to the in-house restaurant "Laitnkeller", there are 2 other restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, which can be reached on foot in 13-20 minutes (850m and 1.4km). The nearest bakery is around 6km away and you can reach a supermarket in 9 minutes (7km) by car. The nearest ski lifts and cable cars are within 20-30 minutes from the property, and Bolzano/Bozen can be visited after a 20-minute drive (15 km).
