The tranquil surroundings are complemented by lawn areas that can be used for relaxation or play. A free parking space is available right in front of the house. The location is particularly suitable for sports enthusiasts: The cross-country skiing trail and a paragliding school are only 200 meters away.
The 25 square meter studio was partially renovated in 2018 and offers a functional equipment in a homely atmosphere. A sunny south-facing balcony provides a beautiful view of the mountains. The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with two fold-out wardrobe beds. The kitchenette was renewed in 2025 and features 2 cooking hobs (plus one additional mobile), an oven, a dishwasher and two coffee machines (Nespresso + drip coffee). Other amenities include a bathroom (completely renovated in 2025), toilet, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The house also has a washing machine, a dryer and storage rooms for skis, bicycles and luggage.
