Dear Guest, you’ll feel right at home here—I’ve furnished this house with a lot of love, and I hope I haven’t forgotten anything. There are 4 large stoves and a kitchen range, satellite TV, various DVDs, a CD player and CDs, Bluetooth, a radio, and many exciting books; various games and puzzles are also available. The kitchen, with a dining table for 6 people, is perfect for cosy cooking evenings. Outside, there’s a covered patio with a large table for 6 people and a big grill. If you bring outdoor games, there’s plenty of space to play. The beach is about 300 m away, and the harbour is about 150 m away. There’s also a swimming area at the harbour. You’ll find shopping options in Figeholm, where you can also rent a boat, and there are plenty of stores in Oskarshamn.

Wir (3 Erwachsene und 2 Teenies) haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und super ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Nur an Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man denken, die gibt es leider nicht. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer schnell und zuverlässig.Das Haus ist superschön gelegen, in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit viel schöner Natur außenrum. Das Beste war allerdings für uns der Badesteg, zu dem man einfach nur die Straße runtergehen musste. Insgesamt haben wir eine tolle Zeit verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Absolute Empfehlung

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, 1 Kind (6) und 1 Hund. Es war alles perfekt. Der Platz ist absolut ausreichend, superruhige und schöne Gegend, tolle Nachbarn, supernetter Vermieter. Wir haben uns total in das Häuschen verliebt. Manche empfinden die Lage als zu ruhig, was ich verstehe. Aber wir hatten viele Spiele dabei für drinnen und draußen und hatten tolle Ausflüge in den Astrid Lindgren Park, in die Astrid Lindgren Dörfer, nach Ölland, nach Oskarshamn, Kalmar und Västervik mit der Halbinsel Gränö. Wir sind 3 Generationen und sind uns einig, Schweden sieht uns wieder. Auch wenn wir das nächste mal wo ganz anders Urlaub machen, gibt es hier für das Häusle, die liebevollen Details im Haus, den Vermieter und die Nachbarn eine absolute Empfehlung. Man hatte das Gefühl, zu Gast bei einem langjährigen Freund zu sein, der nur mal kurz verreist ist. Wir haben uns 1a erholt. Vielen Dank!

Empfehlenswert !!

Wir, dass waren 5 Erwachsene und ein Hund, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war wie beschrieben top und die Landschaft wunderschön. Eine Woche war leider sehr kurz, dafür sehr Erholsam. Kann man nur empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit möglich und sehr nett.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Für uns fünf war genug Platz und die 2 Badezimmer und 2 Terrassen sind echt praktisch. Die Betten sind gut und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wer nicht nur die Ruhe mag, erreicht in ca. einer Autostunde lohnende Ausflugsziele wie Västervik, Vimmerby, Elchpark Virum, Kalmar und die Insel Öland.

Wunderbares Haus zum entspannen

Wir haben mit 2 Familien 8 Tage dort verbracht. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar gewesen. Es ist wirklich fast alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Bettzeug und Handtücher bitte mitnehmen! Der nächst Supermarkt in Figeholm war schnell erreichbar und wir haben uns dort mit allem was wir brauchten eingedeckt. Wir haben viel Zeit in Oskarshamn verbracht. Dort haben wir im schön gepflegten Stadtpark Discgolf gespielt. Nur zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist als barrierearm einzustufen. Wir waren mit einem Rollifahrer vor Ort. Mit etwas Hilfe kam er dort gut zurecht. 2 kleine Stufen ins Haus sind zu überwinden, der Rest hat stabile Metallrampen. Das Bad unten ist recht eng. Für einen Menschen der auf völlige Hilfe angewiesen ist, könnte es zu eng sein. Unser Rolli passte mit ca. 67cm Breite grad so rein. Zur Dusche gibt es eine kleine Schwelle von der Schiebetür. Es ist kein Duschstuhl vorhanden. Wir haben einen der Plastikstühle aus dem Garten benutzt. Die ruhige Lage machte den Urlaub perfekt um abzuschalten. Die Ostsee mit einem Badesteg ist nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Unten im Schlafzimmer gibt es 2 Einzelbetten. Es ist von der Größe ok. Die oberen Schlafzimmer und das obere Bad sind geräumiger. Dort gibt es ein Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Und viel Stauraum. Es sind wirklich unmengen an CDs, DVDs, Büchern, Spielen und Puzzle vorhanden. Da kommt keine Langeweile auf. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Aufenthalt Ende Juli bis Anfang August

Das Haus ist traumhaft schön. Es gab genug Platz für uns vier. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Zu Fuß drei Minuten zum Wasser. Es ist ruhig und man kommt total runter. Figeholm selbst ist klein und hat einen kleinen Supermarkt der total ausreicht. Padel Tennis Courts sind einfach zu mieten. Auch ein Boot haben wir gemietet. Alles problemlos und auch echt kostengünstig. Für unseren 13jährigen haben zwei Wochen auch gereicht, weil es für ihn zu ruhig ist. Wie anderen wären auch gerne noch dageblieben. Wer also in Pippis Haus mal Urlaub machen möchte, ist dort genau richtig. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett und man kann ihn jederzeit kontaktieren. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage in unserem ‚Bullerbü‘ Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr schön in der Natur gelegen. Zum Wasser ist es ein Katzensprung. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben es mit 4 von 5 Sternen beurteilt, weil wir die Bäder sauber, aber eher einfach empfanden. Aber vielleicht ist das auch in Schweden normal. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und in der Nähe des Wassers. Einkaufen kann man in Figeholm, dass aber auch ca. 5 km entfernt ist. Für ein nettes Café muss man weiter fahren. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub. Tipp für den Vermieter: Mückenschutz an den Fenstern wäre super und ein paar Bügel für die Schrankstangen. Danke für die Liegestühle!!! Das war super und wichtig:)))

Perfektes Ferienhaus für Familienurlaub

Für alle, die Zeit und Ruhe haben wollen. Genügend Platz, dass sich jeder zurückziehen oder rausgehen kann. Gleichzeitig aber auch viel Platz im Erdgeschoß und auf der Terrasse, um zusammen Zeit zu verbringen.

Wer Ruhe mag, ist hier richtig!

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, super ausgestattet, uns hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Wir waren zu viert, aber auch für sechs Personen ist genug Platz (drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Duschbäder). Ein paar Schritte bis zum Wasser, es gibt mehrere kleine Badestellen. Eine herrliche Ruhe. Abends grillen auf der Terrasse, ein toller Grill ist vorhanden. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schweden pur

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Landdschaft. Zwei Badestellen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr netter Vermieter der jedes Anliegen umgehend beantwortet hat. Schöner kann ein Schwedenurlaub nicht sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schwedischer Traumurlaub

Wir haben im Ende Juni eine wunderbare Woche in Figeholm verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Objekt ist frisch renoviert und den Bildern entsprechend liebevoll und mit Stil eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles und noch viel mehr als man braucht. Trotz einem sehr großen Grundstück mit viel Bewegungsmöglichkeit und kurzem Weg zu den Badestellen kommt man schnell mit den schwedischen Nachbarn in Kontakt. Auch der Kontakt zu Herrn Dräger ist einfach und unkompliziert. Wir können alles nur empfehlen.

Schweden

Dieses zweistöckige Haus hat für sechs erwachsene viel Platz, mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer , Balkon und Terrasse, auf einem großen Grundstück gelegen 3 Minuten vom Strand! Das Haus ist neu renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet mit allem was das Herz begehrt: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Grill, Bücher, spiele, wunderbarer Ort zum verweilen und Ferien machen. Vermieter hat auf alle Fragen sofort reagiert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können figeholm auf das Wärmste weiter empfehlen!
