Wir sind extrem enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft und können sie absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Villa war bei unserer Ankunft komplett von Insekten befallen – ein Aufenthalt war unter diesen Umständen schlichtweg unzumutbar. Zusätzlich war der Pool völlig verschmutzt und offensichtlich nicht gereinigt, was das Ganze noch schlimmer gemacht hat. Der Check-in war chaotisch und schlecht organisiert. Es gab im Vorfeld keinerlei klare Anweisungen oder Informationen. Auf unsere Nachrichten vor der Anreise wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert, sodass wir völlig planlos ankamen. Auch während des Aufenthalts war die Kommunikation extrem schlecht. Besonders enttäuschend: Trotz des massiven Problems mit dem Insektenbefall gab es keinerlei Lösung oder Unterstützung. Uns wurde weder geholfen noch eine Alternative angeboten. Am Ende waren wir gezwungen, auf eigene Kosten ein neues Hotel zu buchen, wodurch uns zusätzliche Kosten entstanden sind und wir unsere gesamte Reiseplanung kurzfristig ändern mussten. Es gab keinen Schadensersatz, keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen, einfach nichts. Fazit: Absolut unprofessionell, unhygienisch und nicht empfehlenswert. Finger weg!
