The property features a range of comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a super king bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a king bedroom, and a twin bedroom, with bed linen and towels provided for guests. In addition, there is a family bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a bath, ensuring ample facilities for everyone.

The living space is both inviting and functional, featuring a corner sofa and an armchair arranged around a lounge with a Smart TV for entertainment. The dining hall is equipped with a table and six chairs, creating a perfect setting for family meals. For younger guests, there’s a children’s chill-out room located on the ground floor, also fitted with a Smart TV. Throughout the home, gas central heating provides warmth and comfort.

The modern kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, boasting an electric Aga and hob, a fridge, a separate freezer, a washing machine, and a microwave—ideal for preparing family meals.

Step outside to a stunning private garden with sea views, which includes a delightful children’s slide. The property is conveniently located, with just a five-minute walk to Glen and a two-minute walk to Crescent Gardens. It’s only a five-minute stroll into town and just 30 steps from the beach, although it’s important to note that due to the property’s layout, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or the elderly.

Beach Approach is also pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets for an additional fee of £25 per pet per stay. While there is no allocated parking available, free parking can be found along the seafront on a first-come, first-served basis. The house is accessible via a set of 30 steps along a quite steep footpath, and the fully enclosed garden offers a safe space for children and pets alike.
