The accommodation offers a comfortable and inviting space, with bed linen and towels provided for your convenience. You will find a luxurious Super King Master Bedroom, a Twin Bedroom, and a King Bedroom, ensuring plenty of sleeping arrangements for guests.

The family bathroom includes a shower over the bath, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. In the living area, a large corner sofa invites relaxation, and the Smart TV provides various entertainment options. The built-in electric fire adds a cosy touch, while the dining table comfortably seats six, making it perfect for shared meals.

Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub, where you can unwind while taking in breathtaking views. There’s also a picnic bench with seating for eight, ideal for al fresco dining in the picturesque rural setting. Plus, it’s just a five-minute drive to the beautiful Filey Beach, allowing for enjoyable days at the coast.

The spacious farmhouse kitchen features an island and is equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and a washing machine, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.

Among the special features of this property are the private hot tub, its quiet rural location, stunning views, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Additionally, guests will find convenient extras such as an iron and ironing board, as well as a hairdryer.

For your convenience, onsite parking is available, and the property is pet-friendly. However, please note that the garden area is not fully enclosed, so keep this in mind if you’re bringing your furry friends along.

Should the hot tub be unavailable due to reasons beyond our control, the maximum refund would be £150 on a pro-rata basis for the days it is not in use. Directions and key information will be sent via email upon receipt of full payment.
