A pet friendly, two bedroom spacious and light cottage with FREE high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, situated on a purpose built 5-star holiday complex. The ground floor of the cottage provides an open plan family living, dining and kitchen area along with a cloakroom and entrance hall. The contemporary styled living area features a log-burning stove and gliding bi-fold patio door, opening onto a paved patio area. A brick-built barbecue and wooden patio furniture provide the ultimate alfresco dining experience. A high chair and travel cot are provided for our younger guests.

A selection of books, games, DVD's and Wii games will entertain whatever the weather, providing a fantastic family experience.

Relax in a king sized bed; bedroom with Juliet balcony and one bedroom with two singles. Bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Lovely cottage with everything you need
Stayed here several times and always spotless. Everything you need is here. Nice and quiet during the week. Only negative is the very early check out time of 10am. Rediculous now the pandemic is over!

Great little break
This place is clean and well equipped! Really nice house we stayed in. The Pub on site is very expensive for what it is so if you are on a budget I recommend cooking at home. Fantastic beach walks and very dog friendly area. We will be back

Lovely Holiday Accommodation
The cottage was immaculate and well furnished . Had a lovely comfortable stay (the principal bed is mega comfy) and the wood burner made the living area cosy and warm on a cold Jan evening . Thanks for lovely stay would definitely return. Our first time at The Bay. Great location a little more upmarket than some close by holiday parks . Some nice walks too . Recommend the John Paul Jones for drinks . piebald Inn at Humnanby for pies . CJs in Filey for Fish and Chips .

Great little house
The house is perfect for a family of 4. The beds were really comfy, cleanliness top notch. Communication with the owner was easy and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend. There is a small seating area outside but didn’t use as visited in Dec! Really enjoyed our stay.

The best Bay property we have stayed as a couple.
