Welcome to Pebble Cottage - Right at the heart of The Bay Filey Holiday Village (see below for more information).

Refurbished to a high standard by the new owners in 2024, this is a lovely pet free cottage and ideal for families.

Enter into the hallway with access to the downstairs cloak / WC. Walk through into the large open plan lounge. dining room and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a NEW large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower,

Off the lounge area are french doors opening onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

Please note - infants are welcome but we do not provide a travel cot or high chair in this property.

Really well presented cottage spotlessly clean and really comfortable the owners have gone to a lot of trouble and the welcome pack was generous and much appreciated- the only thing this cottage lacked was a freeze compartment in the fridge - otherwise pretty perfect

Clean roomy cottage

Clean property with of plenty room, excellent facilities. Had requested a high chair and cot on our order which were not there on arrival, had to chase these up, both items delivered within an hour. Generous welcome pack much appreciated. The Bay a convenient place to stay when visiting the coast, walked into Filey on the beach and caught the bus back.
