The first thing you notice when you walk in the door of the room is a very strong musty, mildew smell. We opened all the doors and windows to try to air it out. The bathroom had mold on the walls, the silverware that was provided was dirty. Couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat because it hadn't been turned on for the season yet so we were very cold the first night. Thought about using the fire pit outback but when we went to go check it out the lighter didn't work and there was no kindling or fire starters. The best part about this specific room was that the bedroom was separate from the main living space to allow for more comfortable sleeping arrangements. But for $300 a night I expected a lot better.

The rooms and facility is clean, supplied. Plenty to do on site such as boardgames, indoor swim pool, pickle ball court, basketball court, playground equipment for the kiddos. Very large backyard for kiddos to run, fire pit with firewood supplies. Staff was very kind, and was nice to have meaningful conversations and hear laughing with customers. They really enjoy their job, it's refreshing. We really enjoyed our staff and would stay there again.
