We had a wonderful stay at Home2. Your staff was welcoming and efficient from check-in to check-out. The room was much larger than we expected and filled with amenities. We really appreciated the counter that ran from the full kitchen to half the length of the room (no searching for a place on the floor to put our suitcases).
I want to give a special shout-out to Alaina who we first met when we checked in. She impressed us as a true professional.
The beds were comfortable and the pillows were not the overstuffed variety that keep you awake at night. We especially loved the sliding door on the bathroom. It fit so perfectly that I took photos for when we install one at home.
The common areas were especially nice. We liked the indoor and outdoor fire-pits. The lobby has a great selection of sitting areas. The dining area had plenty of tables. The breakfast was great. We did notice that the menu varied from day to day which was nice.
Our only complaint was the laundry. I was told the machines are owned by an outside vendor. The vendor assumes "ease of use” but that’s not the case. Their "simple 3 step" instructions leave out info needed to start them after paying. No one knew how they worked, except a guest who happened by. This laundry vendor is supposed to be supporting your brand, but they are going to cost you complaints.
