This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place, and the service didn’t meet expectations. We arrived at 1:30 p.m., fully aware that check-in wasn’t until 3 p.m., and simply hoped to pre-register so we could get lunch and return later to avoid a potential long check-in line. The front desk agent was inattentive and dismissive, more focused on her phone than assisting and told us we were not able to pre-register. When we returned at 5:20 p.m., a different front desk agent informed us that the top-floor room we had reserved was no longer available. Instead, they offered a lower-level room that still needed inspection, so we were asked to wait. Noise was also an issue, with thin walls and little sound insulation. Safety concerns included doors that didn’t fully latch and a large gap under the hotel room door, letting in hallway light and noise. The property has potential, but staff training and communication need improvement.

Very nice property with one small exception.

Nice property but not use to paying for parking ($8) and they did not offer Fox News, which most if not all hotels I have stayed at offer on TV and limited channel selection. All other areas and amenities were very good, and the room given was very spacious and clean and quiet for the most part.

The staff were awesome! Great quiet location. Room was clean, front desk called after we got into the room to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. The ONLY draw back was the fan wouldn’t run continuously to keep the air moving. Front desk asked a lot of details about the problem when we left to make sure they could get it fixed. I was very impressed and would definitely stay again.

Lovely property, safe. My family and I were road tripping from Texas, made this last minute reservation, since we didn’t know where we would stop. Excellent choice, staff was warm and welcoming upon or late arrival. Got our room quickly and easily. Room was clean, shower pressure would be better, but it was all we need to rest up.
