Clean room, nice patio slider door with small balcony area and chairs. Hard floors, comfy beds with many pillow options. Very close to many many dining options including right at the hotel. Fresh coffee options including lattes in the lobby including water bottle filling station. Everything is new and fresh. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was great. But the entrance door to the lobby didn’t work so we had to go around to the back. The elevators didn’t work so we carried our luggage from outside between the two buildings and then up two flights of stairs. There were no more rooms available on the first floor. We’re in our 70s, but luckily we can still carry a suitcase and go upstairs, although very inconvenient. There was no breakfast provided. No Netflix available on TV. The highlight was that the room was clean and looked to be newly remodeled, except for the noisy air conditioner. Could not recommend.

The room was very clean. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was very nice including the Northern Pines wait staff. A small complaint the step to get in the side door-the hallway to the pool, is pretty steep a hazard hopefully it can be corrected.
