Great hotel service was VERY lacking.

Check in was not good at all. Went to hand me two cookies and my room keys and I had NOT even checked in. They were for a couple seated at the coffee bar. Checking out was even FORSE. Could NOT print me a receipt. They had two printers that did NOT work. So I have to check if I received my $150.00 back they took out for a deposit and did NOT even tell me until I ckecked in about this fee. I was NOT happy. Room was great, NEW hotel.

When you're traveling you want a clean comfortable bed, and that is what you get here. Very comfortable new beds, Egyptian cotton sheets. No train noise! Spacious room with more than you might expect.

Clean and new but disappointed

When checking in, I was told they no longer had King rooms and only had 2 queens when I booked a king and in fact chose this hotel over another one for that reason. They also only had 2nd floor rooms available and their elevator wasn't working. I received a 10% discount for my stay because of the issues
