Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location
The point of me booking this property was to have a place to hang out and play pool, I.e. an activity. The pool table was completely unusable due to completely broken pool sticks. In general a very nice house with no one watching over it. Lots of "little" things wrong. This house will get destroyed if it's not better taken care of. Mow the lawn, trim the hedges, tighten up door hinges, etc.etc.
