We will welcome you with pleasure at the Landerie, in our family home in the countryside. You will stay in a fully renovated Beauchamps stone longère of 180m². The house has 4 large bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine but which can be closed. You will have a large garden equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue, to spend pleasant moments of relaxation with friends or family. The terrace and the garden are full south and not overlooked. The property is secured by an electric gate.
The proximity of the beaches (25mn), Mont St Michel (35mn), the Champrépus Zoo (10mn) and the City of copper (5mn) will enhance your stay.
All shops are accessible by car in 5 minutes (5 km).

Prachtig huis, schoon, goede faciliteiten

Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis en de faciliteiten zijn prachtig en up to date. Iets naast het huis is een garagebedrijf, met opslag van auto's. Totaal niet hinderlijk, maar de eerste impressie (met een hek voor het verblijf) roept wat vragen op. Je hebt er geen enkele last van, ook niet qua geluid. De faciliteiten en ook de bijvoorbeeld de pooltafel en het dartboard zijn heel plezierig om met kinderen te verblijven

Annonce sérieuse. Endroit agréable. Accueil de la propriétaire Marie ouvert et sympathique. Bouteille de cidre et gâteaux locaux dans le frigo pour notre arrivée (encore merci). Endroit très propre. La maison est très jolie et fonctionnelle. Quelques soucis d’intendance discutés directement avec Marie, toujours disponible et à notre écoute. (Nous aurions apprécié le changement du robot mixeur en panne à notre arrivée, mais cela est secondaire). L’environnement de la propriété est atypique. La partie arrière mériterait d’être aménagée 😉 Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec un temps superbe, dans une région que nous apprécions. Les parisiennes

Nous avons passé un week-end entre amis dans cette maison. Elle est bien équipée, propre, spacieuse, mais on fut surpris à notre arrivée, en passant ce grand portail... Et pour cause, il s'agit de celui d'une carrosserie. En effet, la maison est juste à côté d'une carrosserie. Élément qui gâche terriblement le paysage. Nous étions là un week-end, entre amis... Mais j'imagine si j'étais venu avec mes enfants en semaine, aurions-nous croisé des clients, des voitures alors que nous profiterions du jardin ? Cette surprise, ce point noir ne l'aurait pas été si cela était mentionné dans l'annonce. On a passé un bon week-end, dans une belle maison bien orientée, mais nous n'y reviendrons pas.
