"Lovely clean hotel only a few minutes from the port, but facilities not as advertised, arrived off the ferry at 9.30pm to be told the bar was not open because there was only one member of staff checking guests in?!...wouldn't be a problem but don't advertise a bar, Pool advertised....but not open ..."
