"J'ai été très étonnée de me faire servir en français, mais il semble que c'est la norme à Hearst. La chambre est propre, on a eu un peu de misère avec la serrure mais sinon tout était bien."

"Check in was easy. Staff friendly and informative. They didn’t ask for or record my driver’s license number which I was pleased about. That should not be use for anything other than insurance, law enforcement, and MTO."
