        The property is a good one but let down by its hospitality staff on a number of occasions. Poor knowledge of what was available and a apathy towards the guests was a real concern. Five star prices charged but service struggled to reach a ordinary cafe standard. Very disappointing.

          All facilities were are expected. The only downside was the pool area was noisy and the sound carried. But this is not all the fault of the hotel guests have to be responsible and considerate and some were not.
