Check in went smoothly. Staff very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub had plenty of hot water. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Food was cold, rubbery, or over cooked.

The room was clean. All of the staff were friendly. There was a woman who helped with the breakfast who stood out. I wish I knew her name. She was so kind to everyone. It was a very nice place to stay. We really enjoyed it.

The sofa was thread bare and had blood stains. The plumbing was loud when other rooms use showers or flushed. Loud enough the wake me up. The door automatically slams shut so loudly that i was likely waking other guests. The ceiling had unsightly water marks and poor quality repair lines in the drywall. It felt like it was going to fall in on me. Tv volume could not be adjusted. Tea bags leaked and fell apart. Sharp edge on floor between carpet and tile.
