The location was exactly what we had hoped for. Even though it’s in the ZTL zone, we had no issues being dropped off by a large van at check-in and picked up by one at checkout. The host was there to greet us upon arrival and explained everything we needed to know about the check-in and checkout process. He was always available and responsive whenever I reached out via text. Whenever our family of five returns to Florence, this is where we will stay. It truly exceeded our expectations.
