I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling via train through Italy. Located directly across the street from the train station, I couldn’t have not chosen a better place. First off, Florence has very tiny sidewalks and A LOT of people. You do not want to be lugging your luggage even a few blocks. Next, 7Florence is super clean, has super friendly and helpful staff, and it smells great inside! We felt very safe and secure getting into the building, hotel, and room at all hours. Also the breakfast is a must have, it’s a full out spread that opens at 0730. The only thing that could have improved was the noise from the outside. Since it’s across from the train station there are people constantly outside. They do provide ear plugs which help but also this is not something that they could change. The location is amazing and despite some noise at night I would stay here again no doubt.

Alex, Alessia, Vera? And the rest of the staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent and a good way to start the day. The shower and tub were relaxing and the air conditioner worked very well. I would make sure you get an interior room. The rooms facing the street are way too noisy due to the 24 hour McDonalds below. I don’t know if I would stay here again but it is very convenient if you are making Firenze a base to explore other areas as well.

Its a hotel with good staf but the rooms are extremely small, the bed for a kid not an adult, if you seat on the side you will fall, the bed wont sit still, its too expensive for what we receive. The pictures they show are not real. I wont recomend the property at list for the price i paid

We loved 7Florence! We arrived on a 9:30am flight and they stored our bags. We set off for a walk around the city, and when we came back, our room was ready, they had upgraded us to a suite with separate living room and kitchen, and our luggage had been delivered to the room. It was very large, clean and minimalist attractive. Location was perfect, across the street from the train station, easy walk to the Piazza del Duomo and lots of restaurants and shops. Not noisy, despite close proximity to Santa Maria Novella train station, but they provided earplugs anyway. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again the next time in Firenze!

The staff was great. If you need a quiet place this is not the place for you. It is quite loud at night. If did not bother us. Security was very good. The location was perfect, right across the street from the train station. They do offer breakfast for a fee but we never had it.

Really good location, only a 5 minute walk to the centre. The hotel is placed right next to the tram stop so its very easy to get to and from the hotel. The rooms are fitted with blackout electric blinds, the bathrooms are spacious with great amenities and the bed is very big and comfy!

The hotel is right by the train station which is partly why we chose to stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the area outside was a bit sketchy, you felt safe in the hotel. Overall, a very good experience.

Great hotel and nice location

Nice hotel across the train station, very clean and friendly staff. Though lots people around the railway station, the hotel is private and room is quiet. Room is big and simple. Breakfast is very good. Lots good restaurants within about 10 mins walk distance.
