Nice and clean and lovely friendly host tramlines right outside so noisy with window open but also covenient for travel not to bad if window closed rooms at rear of property would be a lot quieter and look into a lovely garden . Franco was amazing. We arrive late in the evening and he was willing to stay and wait for us. The next day he helped us arrange a Vespa tour around Tuscany and he requested a taxi for us for our departure early morning. He made himself available 24 hours. It was a very enjoyable stay.

My fiancée and I stayed at the Relais Tiffany for a few nights. Franco assisted us with all the things we needed to know prior to arrival in Florence along with recommendations for food, drink, activities. The room was spacious and air conditioned and in a quiet area. Close to the train station. We enjoyed our stay in Florence and will be awaiting our time to come back!

The staff was definitely 5 of 5 stars. Very helpful and hospitable. The property however needs some major renovations. Very old property inside and outside. The place smelled musty and they cover it up with overwhelming room scent. The bathroom is the only renovated thing about this place. It’s about a 10 mins walk from S.m. novella. So convenient. They have snacks and water/tea for you but to call it an B&B is misleading.
