No elevator and the stairs are very small and cramped. The day we arrived, the heating was on full blast (in March) and we tried to lower it but it appeared broken. Contacted the owner/company to come fix it while we were out for the day. Came back in the evening and found that whoever fixed the heating issue broke a picture frame and there was shattered glass all over the floor. Used the washing machine and it ended up leaking and in the apartment. Overall a very terrible experience.
