Great stay

The bed is very comfortable, the entire place is really clean, and it’s just a couple blocks from the tram that takes you to the city center. Great location.

disorganizzazione.

a parte la struttura molto bella, pulita, comoda x arrivare in centro in quanto la tranvia passa proprio davanti alla struttura, organizzazione della societa' che gestisce tutto il rimanente, carente al massimo. Irreperibili ai 5/6 cellulari scritti su un foglio nell'appartamento, disservizio x la consegna dei bagagli che invece di essere aperto la domenica, dopo avere speso soldi x un taxi per arrivare al deposito, mi sono trovata la saracinesca abbassata e nessuno che rispondeva ai cellulari. Quindi, come consiglio personale, meglio il vecchio albergo dove comunque fisicamente qualcuno c'e' e a cui puoi comunicare le tue esigenze. Se poi sei senza auto al seguito, peggio ancora..... ho speso un patrimonio x i taxi e ho beccato anche un giorno di pioggia.

SOGGIORNO NON RILASSANTE

vi giro la segnalazione che ho gia' mandato alla struttura. Vorrei segnalarvi i vari disguidi avuti nella giornata di ieri a Firenze. A parte l'avervi contattato telefonicamente numerose volte gia' nella serata di sabato all'elenco dei vostri cellulari e nessuno mi ha mai risposto o scattava la segreteria. (semplicemente in quanto avrei voluto sapere dove lasciare sia la chiave dell'appartamento che il bagaglio). In mattinata di ieri abbiamo letto la brochure appoggiata nell'appartamento dove comunicavate che la chiave la potevamo lasciare sul tavolo della cucina (e cosi' abbiamo fatto) e che il bagaglio poteva essere depositato presso il vostro ufficio in Via del Trebbio n. 8 R.( anche la domenica dalle 10 alle 18) .Sono uscita dall'appartamento alle 10.30 e con un taxi mi sono fatta portare al sopra citato indirizzo( premetto che pioveva ed ero carica di bagagli). Li ho trovato la saracinesca chiusa ( pagato taxi euro 17) e una signora delle pulizie che usciva. Ho esposto il problema e lei ha contattato qualcuno di voi ( visto che a me non rispondeva nessuno) e la risposta è stata di andare in stazione ferroviaria dove avrei trovato un deposito bagagli).... a questo punto.,. sotto l'acqua...... mi sono fatta riaccompagnare da un altro taxista ( euro 15....) all indirizzo precedente dell'appartamento per sbrigare l'impegno che avevo. Io viaggio parecchio...... ma i vari disguidi di questi 2 giorni non li ho mai avuti.
