Amazing location, easy to contact host, only issue is the bed was unsleepable. To call it uncomfortable is being generous. We had to putt the futon mattress (also uncomfortable) upstairs to put it onto of the bed just to get a half decent night sleep. Good value for money and wonderful location but be prepared to not rest

Nice view of the Duomo from the terrace. Communication was excellent with the host. Beds were not overly comfortable. The location is great, close walk to the centre of the city.

Do not use this place

There was no stay. They asked me to let them know when I would be there. I sent them the time. Was told to contact a different person about check in. Then that person never got back to me. I walked Aaron’s Florence with my luggage for 2 hours and gave up to get a different hotel.
