Bright and cozy apartment in the heart of Florence, just a few steps from the Mercato di San Lorenzo and less than a five-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station. Located in a lively and vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants, shops, and local services, it offers easy walking access to all the city’s main attractions.
Set on the fourth floor of a typical Florentine building with an elevator, the apartment features two bedrooms—one with a one-and-a-half bed and one double bedroom with the option of separate beds—a comfortable living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining table, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, and a sunny terrace with a stunning view of the Duomo.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.
Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.
