We typically stay at this hotel and have only had good experiences in the past. However, this time we were put in a room that clearly had not been properly cleaned, a flashing light on the wall kept us awake at night despite a plastic bag someone else had taped over it,, a lack of lightbulbs in the fixtures, no hand soap in the bathroom, etc. we were later told that the room is not normally used and it was an error to put us in it. However, no compensation was offered despite my reporting the deficiencies. Poor customer service in the extreme. Will need to consider other hotels in the area in the future.

Plenty of space, but it also had a cozy/comfortable feel. Staff was super friendly and there was a good variety of items available for the free breakfast. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable.. Just 5-10 minutes from 95, and plenry of food and shopping options nearby.
