Rooms were nice clean staff was friendly , however , whoever was upstairs kept me up the entire night , dragging furniture sound like tapping feet non stop , had I had a broom I would have hit the ceiling a few times . Other than that it was a nice experience .

Hands down the best hotel stay of our 16 day trip. We were here for 3 nights. It was an apartment with a cooktop, kitchenette, dining area, sitting area, huge bedroom. It’s convienently located between attractions. 7 minute walk to the Duomo, 5 minute walk to Accademia, and 7 minute walk train. We will be coming back in about two years and will be renting Corte Guelfa. Staff was more than friendly and attentive to our needs. They recommended the best pizza we ever had that is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. So, if you stay here go to simBIOtic for your coffee, pizza, and fine dining cravings.

The highlight for me were the front desk ladies - we must have have met 4 of them and all were very nice , helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to help input breakfast or tell us about the city . The rooms were very nice, an apartment actually with 2 bathrooms , which we were not expecting . Also the location helped us catch a tour bus as it’s close to train station otherwise we would have definitely missed it. Will definitely recommend !

This hotel is hip and modern and was a delight to stay in. The staff were very friendy and helpful. The room had a feel of like your own apartment or unit somehow. Quiet, great location in the very heart of the shopping and sightseeing areas. Great location! Downside, is temporary road construction out front that doesnt really affect you other than esthetics. Great street. Breakfast was delicious. Room clean, beds comfortable!

In the central location of historical area so you can walk to most attractions. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good with many options. There was road construction in front of the hotel when we were there but it didn’t bother us much. We will definitely stay again next time.
