The proplerty is passable. Closer to the important sights. The main thing lacking was the missing microwave oven. And 2nd floor by a narrow staircase. Extremly difficult to take luggage up and down .

Bom apartamento e otima localização

Ficamos 4 dias em Florenza e gostamos muito da cidade e do local que ficamos. Quando eu aluguei, ja sabia que não teria elevador e que a escada é estreita para subir com as malas (li nos comentários de outras pessoas), então essa é uma questão relativamente negativa que não posso questionar. O apartamento em si é bem completo, tem um espaco bem amplo e é bem equipado. A localização é ótima (perto do cento e com pontos de onibus muito próximos para deslocamentos com mais longos ou com malas). A comunicação com o pessoal que loca não foi das melhores, mas acabou dando tudo certo. Resumindo, gostamos bastante da nossa experiência nessa estadia.
