Ginori C - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

Apartment in a strategic location, just a few steps from the Basilica of San Lorenzo and the Florence Cathedral. Located on the first floor of a building without a lift, in a lively and dynamic neighborhood from which you can easily reach the main attractions of the city on foot. It consists of 3 double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people , two bathrooms both with showers, and a living area with a dining table and kitchenette. A comfortable accommodation, ideal for groups of friends and families.


Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

NONE SHOULD BOOK OR STAY IN THIS APARTMENT... IMAGES AND REALTY DOESNT MATCH AT ALL...

I never been so disappointed in my life… I did a mistake by making reservation through Vrbo. Vrbo doesn’t have any regard for their customer. When customer is mentioning the Aparmtent in bad state of condition…. It’s non stayable. Inspite of that none of the agent have courtesy to understand the condition we are in after staying in this apartment. Agent Mustafa has mentioned there’s nothing major issue with the Aprtment… that’s simply Amazing to get a reply like this…. Problems:- 1. My child got locked in the washroom. The host had to unload the washroom with the master key untill then she was in the washroom crying… ( according to Mustafa that’s nothing major) 2. The house had monsoon water flowing inside from the closed windows ( my child slipped in the apartment twice and injured her knees) images attached . According to Mustafa it’s not a major issue . According to him rain water flowing inside the houses are normal. He mentions across the world water flowing inside the apartment is normal even when windows are closed.., Applause 👏 3. Door handles and knobs are coming out … 4. 1 Wardrobe shutters are missing and 1 wardrobe Shutters are not closing…. It’s open constantly — images attached 5. Constant notice of utensils and people chatting till 1:00 am as the apartment is right above the kitchen of a hotel. 6. Water pressure in shower is so slow none could take shower properly 7. Host mentions to be available 24*7 whereas he stopped answering calls and replying to
