We have stayed at the family suite. There's this weird rumbling sound all night. I've addressed multiple people at the front. They promised me that they would escalate to their management. But until we checked out after another night, they didn't do anything, literally anything. I had to have the front person come with me to the room to check in the middle of the night, and he acknowledged the noise, tried to turn of the AC but the noise didn't stop. If you don't like the noise or can't sleep under noise, please avoid this hotel.

This was the best hotel we stayed in while in Italy. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Giovanni at the front desk was extremely helpful as we needed to find certain places and he knew exactly where we needed to go.
