Beautiful hotel room in an amazing location! I was able to walk to all my destinations in Florence , including the train station! Will 100% be staying again. Hotel staff was also extremely helpful and kind.

Globus in Florence, the best!

Our visit to Florence was made easier and definitely more pleasurable because of our stay at the Globus Urban Hotel. Giovanni and the front desk team were the best. Jessica, Niko and Jenny in the breakfast area prep and service totally enhanced our experience. Breakfast options were above most we've encountered but the service was well above excellent!

Excellent location, really good breakfast, clean and neat hotel…. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, but the highlight was the service, all the way from check in to check out, extremely nice and helpful staff… I think is a 3 stars hotel, but the service is of another level… 5 plus stars :).

Horrible a/c

The hotel is very clean and centrally located, but I could NOT get my room to be colder than 77F / 25C. I asked the front desk, and they said it was working ok. 77f is not ok. The sheets are very very scratchy. I had to take a cold shower every night to regulate. The hotel was clean though and the staff was very kind and courteous. I probably won’t stay again. Last but not least, the pictures make this place look amazing - it is sadly not.

The check in process was wonderful!! The concierge even gave us a map and highlighted different places to check out and where they were located in proximity of hotel. Complimentary breakfast was also included that had a good variety for everyone to enjoy!! The A/C was good, the TV however was a smart TV and not set up very user friendly. Overall 9/10 :)

On a typically narrow Florence street, it’s busy but no more than anywhere else. Close to the important sites people want to see, and not too far from the train station, but not so close that you get heavy roller suitcase noise.
