Booking: we were warned about rooms being small, but smaller than expected, and so limited in space that one had to walk in baby steps as to not run into something. You had to be a contortionist to use the bidet. . . . . You need to be small to stay there!

Loud rooms but great, convenient location

The hotel describes the rooms as soundproof which was not my experience. I could clearly hear conversations of people in neighboring rooms. Also, the sounds of nearby room doors closing was loud and disturbing and occurred at all hours of the day/ night. The beds and particularly the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. That being said, the location and front desk staff were hard to beat. The hotel is an easy 10-15 min walk to most places. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was wonderful 5 stars, the room I was in was noisy. I stayed in multiple hotels in Italy throughout my stay all of the beds were uncomfortable and pillows that were practically non existent this hotel included. The breakfast was decent even if the lady serving the breakfast gave me attitude about asking for a coffee with 10 minutes before it technically ended. I checked in and immediately the power went out for nearly 2 hrs.

Location is good, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room is spotless and modern. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of fresh fruits, pastries and cooked breakfast items with fluffy pancakes. Hand written card with a little gift of Tuscan biscuits was a lovely personal touch. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent customer service!!

Shower was too small and showerhead was leaking bad. Also water splashed out. Other than that front desk staff was very courteous and accommodated our breakfast need when we had to leave early. Jasmin was very professional at her job and very friendly. Because of her and your other staff we would recommend your hotel to friends and families!
