Spacious apartment in the central Via Guicciardini within walking distance of the Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. Located on the second floor of an elegant Florentine building. It consists of two large double rooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, utensils and dishes. Located in lively and dynamic neighborhood, close to the main services, restaurants and typical stores; you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area; it is recommended to park in a private garage nearby and walk to the apartment.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
