We tried to check in after 4PM Our travels were delayed. We couldn't get into the building until some leaving the building, let us in. The host did not send us a code for the front door, We had to contact Expedia, that was all talking to bots until finally, an hour into expedia conversations, we got an agent who was dumb. The phone number on expedia page for this unit was incorrect. You know the routine, check your number and try again. We finally got the real number of the owner through a person living there. We called, no answer!!! Too many times, finally sent text messages pleading the owner to help. OH! After almost two hours we were told the key to our room was in the drawer in the lobby Every morning she was in the lobby using a very loud voice to wake us, because the cleaning people were waiting to clean our room. The stay was a nightmare! The pictures on her web site are so wrong.. Shower tiny, walk up many stairs to reach the floor above , where the elevator is. Dark dingy staircase.
