Great location. Clean room and clean big bathroom. Super friendly and helpful staff. The taxi to the airport was a ripoff. The staff told us that it would be 23 euros. Ended up paying $60. The taxi driver came up with a bill of 47 euros and did not take card payments. I only had USD and had to pay $60 for a 15 min ride. It would have been better to book with Uber it was showing $35.

Had a locked gated entrance after 8:00 A code gated entrance plus a fob doorway into hotel. Very nice staff friendly helpful and also spoke English. Train station was 5 mins away. If you look up Generali the street was the L side of the sign. Duomo was 6 min walk. In the heart of the city.Hotel was very clean inside.

We stayed at this cozy hotel right in the Florence city center. The area around the train station is a bit chaotic, but once inside everything was calm and welcoming. The host was wonderful—kind, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Extra points for the genuine kindness and hospitality, which really made our stay special.

Nice Hotel

Nice little Hotel just accross from Train Station. The area was not the best but very safe despite not being a Top Neighborhood; however, great access to all important sites and great food all around. The hotel room was fantastic. Good AC, good bathroom and very clean bedrooms.
