Had a locked gated entrance after 8:00 A code gated entrance plus a fob doorway into hotel. Very nice staff friendly helpful and also spoke English. Train station was 5 mins away. If you look up Generali the street was the L side of the sign. Duomo was 6 min walk. In the heart of the city.Hotel was very clean inside.

We stayed at this cozy hotel right in the Florence city center. The area around the train station is a bit chaotic, but once inside everything was calm and welcoming. The host was wonderful—kind, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Extra points for the genuine kindness and hospitality, which really made our stay special.

We stayed twice. Very friendly staff. Very accommodating with a baby; they had a crib for no extra costs and high chairs in the breakfast room. Large rooms. Good breakfast options.

Nice Hotel

Nice little Hotel just accross from Train Station. The area was not the best but very safe despite not being a Top Neighborhood; however, great access to all important sites and great food all around. The hotel room was fantastic. Good AC, good bathroom and very clean bedrooms.

The location of the property is very conveniently located from the main train station. All of the other tourist attractions are a short walk away. The Room we had (419) was good with an updated bathroom and quiet, since we had requested a room like that based on the other reviews from this hotel.

Convenient

Location was fantastic, 5 min walk to train station, and another 5 min to the Duomo. Was able to take the tram from airport from and to hotel with luggage relatively easily. Breakfast buffet included was good, coffee/espresso, eggs, pastries, yogurt, cereal & milk/juice. Room was nice, had fridge and large, clean shower. Location in north section was VERY nice. Lots of good restaurants nearby, and we liked eating & drinking at the central market (3min walk). Also close to self serve laundromat, so we packed less and washed clothes halfway thru the trip (it was open 06:00 to 00:00). I would stay here again.

Loved our stay here. The room was great, the staff was amazing, and the location is as convenient as we could want. We were able to explore Florence during the day and night as the location allowed us to go back and forth. Lots of great food options close by, with all attractions within a 30-40 min walk. The rooms were clean, room service available without hassle, and the staff was lovely. Can't say enough nice things about them. Only con is the shower was a bit tight for space and location of bidet was inconvenient. But not a big deal at all for the short 3 night stay.
