This place is so amazing. The location is perfect and the staff are very helpful. Our room was a very comfortable size for our stay, and the shower was a good sized compared to other places in Italy. The best part about our stay was the fact that they made our beds every day, and changed our towels and floor mats. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Room was clean enough. Pictures on Expedia were glamorized. Staff were the stars- very kind and helpful. Bed was ok. Bathroom tiny but ok enough. Glad only 1 night. Best and Worst part was location. So close to Duomo, but unreachable by car due to ZTL zone. Wish Expedia hotel info had mentioned this!! Tried to drop off luggage driving rental car…..a nightmare!
