The only difficulty with this property is the necessity to climb a flight of stairs to get to a lift. The front desk staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and large enough. This hotel had the best A/C of all the properties we stayed over the course of a two week trip.

Great hotel near the Duomo and in a great central location for walking to everything you'd want to see in Florence! The only reason I gave the 4 stars was because of the noise that came from both proximity to the Duomo (less of a factor) and the noise that partygoers made until 4:00 a.m. some night (the larger factor by far). That said, it wasn't noisy every night, and it's part and parcel with staying in auch a centeal location. Shopping, restaurants, and gorcery stores were all single-digit minutes away on foot, and the staff was able to help us find everythi g we wanted to do. Don't miss their rooftop terrace as a nice place to chill out after a hectic day of activities!

Location was amazing! Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us very warmly. Any requests we had, they provided. Everything was very clean and tidy. The front desk was very friendly. The location is amazing. Our room did not look anything like the picture, however we were told our room was brand new - might explain why there was no picture online. The beds were not the comfiest and the air freshener was a bit overwhelming. Be prepared to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggage.
