The staff were absolutely phenomenal! Andre was responsive, kind, willing to work with us when we took a long day trip, and always friendly. He and another staff member helped us with our heavy bags and they helped us book another night when we wanted to extend our trip. The location was wonderful in accessing Firenze easily.
