Lovely stay in Florence

The hotel is beautiful, with a large and comfortable lobby area that is great for sitting with a drink or meeting your group. There are also some fun and unique touches in the hallways that made us smile. Wonderful breakfast included, which met the various preferences of our 4 person group. Helpful servers came around to take coffee orders and keep tables clean. Room was clean and well appointed, with a beautiful bathroom and very nice toiletries. Comfortable bed, high quality linens. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything from checkin to helping us get a large taxi for departure. Location was excellent, right on a beautiful square and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Nice spot

Service was outstanding. Good location a few minutes walk from train station and everything we were there to see was walkable. Pillows were quite thin, but bed was comfortable. The end of the hallway we were at had a weird musky smell that was quite strong.

El espacio de la habitación es bastante reducido, y eso que ya se le hizo El upgrade. Tiene estatuas de figuras de acción en cada esquina, el cual cada vez que tomábamos el ascensor, el baño, las escaleras, donde sea, me espantaban dichas estatuas. Los pasillos no son muy amplios, el elevador tampoco. El muchacho del counter si fue amable y sus compañeros. El hotel es céntrico, se puede recorrer sus alrededores caminando.

Amazing hotel

One of the best mattresses I've slept in a hotel and trust me I know better since I am a private flight attendant and are outside home average of 200 night a year. Very friendly staff, modern design of rooms, very comfortable

We stayed 8 nights at this hotel and we enjoyed every minute! It’s located in a great area, walking distance to the train. Many restaurants and bars right in front of the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Danielo at the front desk was there to answer all of our questions. The breakfast that was included is incredible. No need to go anywhere else! We would definitely stay here again.

After staying in Milan, we continued our Italian Holiday with a 4 nights stay in the Garibaldi Blu. The location in the North Centro is excellent, only a short walk away from the railway station and there are a number of sites of interest (e.g. Duomo, Battistero & Campanile) a short walk away. Similarly for the Galleria degli Uffizi & Ponte Vecchio. The hotel is a little quirky, but impeccably clean and our room was very nicely furnished and was kept pristinely clean by housekeeping, who replenished the bottled water daily. The quality and variation of food for breakfast was very good. All of the hotel staff was excellent, very friendly, professional, helpful, cheerful and always with a smile on their faces. We’d like to add a special thank you to Carolina on reception for the invaluable help on the different local restaurants and also her assistance with the Italian Railway system, which made our additional trip to Pisa very easy to do.
