Great location, very clean room housekeeping was fantastic. Don’t let the abandoned businesses next door deceive you, it’s safe and nice. However the AC was on and room was still hot. Left the window open to keep the room cool and mosquitos kept coming in and biting us in our sleep. So either be hot and uncomfortable at night or risk getting mosquitos bites.

We stayed here one night to be near the train. Extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Easily accessible from the train station. Easy to get wherever you need to go. Would stay here again.

Newer hotel with large room and bathroom. Bed was comfy but you have to ask for a blanket. Convenient to train station but about 15-20 min walk to sites and dining. Lots of high end stores for shopping are nearby. Staff were wonderful! Very nice and attentive. Elevator was not so good - plan on using the stairs. We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is newly renovated and it’s very clean. The beds were amazing and super comfortable. It was so convenient for us as it is right across the street from the train and the tram station, so we didn’t have to drag our luggage very far! I felt completely safe. The walls were a little on the thinner side, but overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel 10/10 simplesmente novo. Foi reformado recentemente e está Novo. Confortável, limpo, recepção com atendimento excelente (todos os recepcionistas foram extremamente gentis e atenciosos. A localização é excelente ao lado da estação de trem de Santa Maria novela 3 min a pé. Pra quem vem de trem é ótimo. Da para fazer tudo a pé, tudo é perto. Possiu café da manhã ao custo de 7 euros por pessoa (coisa simples). Sem dúvida ficaria novamente pois o hotel tá novo e o custo benefício foi ótimo.

日本人です。英語があまり喋れないが、スタッフの皆さんが優しくコミュニケーションを取ってくれたのでとても助かりました。 朝8時00分ごろに到着し大きい荷物を預かって頂きました。 部屋はとても綺麗で可愛らしい部屋でした。 無料の飲み物(水、炭酸水、コーラ、ファンタ)も付いていて嬉しかったです。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで不自由なく過ごせました。 駅から近く部屋もスタッフの皆さんも最高のホテルでした。
