The room is very nice , clean & spacios. The elevator is too small, good for 2 persons only. If you have luggage, only 1 person. You still have to use stairs before you reach your room even you use the elevator. The breakfast is good. The staff are friendly.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and let us leave our luggage when we arrived early and after checkout the next day so we could explore the city.

The room could have been cleaner as there were pieces of old chips from previous guests in the cupboard where the mini fridge is located. More than anything though the noise was too much. Rm549 there was always people coming and going, doors slamming/banging. There also seemed to have been some construction going on. The location was a good one.

The first room we were given was quite depressing, so we moved to a more expensive suite, which was beautiful. The hotel is very clean, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is unusually good, with a wide variety of foods. The location is terrific - across the Arno from the biggest crowds but conveniently located.

Disrespectfull and agressive

Terrible service, agressive, unpolite, disrespectfull. Room and restroom too small. Bad food and beverages. They do not offer parking. Small and terrible acceso to the restaurant and elevator. . I Will never use hotel.Com again.
